Our Approach

Our approach is business-like and entrepreneurial. Our aim is to partner our grantees to ensure their sustainability. We believe solutions are more about holistic support than simply gifting money. We are prepared to take calculated risks and support initiatives that are in their infancy, as well as seek to investigate the root causes of negative trends in society and the natural environment. We focus on early intervention, childhood programmes, education, skills programmes, empowerment and support.

We understand the issues are complex. We therefore seek out those who understand the complexities and have identified workable solutions and partner with them so we can provide resources, financial or otherwise, that they need to succeed. Apart from financial awards, we are also available to charities who require help with their strategic or financial planning, organisational issues, marketing and communications, building repairs etc.

One of our goals is to build a directory of experts, individuals and companies who will volunteer their services pro bono.
